“Typical clients of mine are usually either professional athletes looking to prevent injury or individuals seeking alternative methods for pain management and muscular skeletal alignment. My unique approach assimilates a variety of modalities to help clients become empowered with their own physical well being.
I use an integrative combination of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Assisted Stretching. Through an experiential, intuitive and educational approach, I am able to offer an individual program for each client. This often has given the client their first look at a less painful, physically active lifestyle.
Through many years of experience training and teaching in the healing arts, I have been able to pinpoint clients challenges and help them facilitate healing. Working with a wide range of ages and many different levels of abilities, contributes to a diverse spectrum from which to glean the knowledge I integrate into my practice.”
